I'm Diego Bustamante. I design AI systems that earn trust. For the past 14 years I've been making complex intelligent technology feel inevitable.
Developer platforms, agentic assistants, enterprise products used by millions. I care about the moment a person decides to trust the machine, and I design for that moment obsessively. Currently at Amazon, building the interaction patterns that define how AI behaves across a 2M-user enterprise ecosystem. Before that I was the founding designer at June.ai (an AI email assistant), led developer experience design at AT&T, and co-founded a product agency in Buenos Aires.

I ship fast. I've driven 65% conversion lifts, collapsed 30-day onboarding processes to 2 days, achieved a SUS score of 90 with developers, and designed products that contributed to a $30M acquisition.
